Leigh Ann Rodgers is passionate about helping people help themselves. She brings to her practice years of experience consulting and facilitating workshops for a variety of industries.

Creative Business Development was developed in 2005.  Leigh Ann has coached business owners and corporate managers, led numerous training sessions and teleseminars, as well facilitated needs assessment, Advisory Board sessions, and team building workshops.  Further, she is an experienced Career Management Consultant, guiding people at all career levels through the process of finding and landing jobs.

Her professional experience includes working at Georgia College and State University as the Director of Commuter Students.  In this role, she taught Leadership Classes as well as leading retreats and workshops.  Leigh Ann also worked at SunTrust as a Training Officer where she developed and facilitated a multitude of management and communications training classes.

Leigh Ann holds a BS in Psychology with a Business Minor from Presbyterian College and a Masters in Education from the University of Georgia.

She is described as "high energy" and a positive thinker. Through out her life and her career, Leigh Ann has served a "coach" by helping others to solve their problems and take responsibility for their actions.  She has always been committed to personal development in both herself and others.

Leigh Ann is a member of the Georgia Coach Association and founded a networking organization, Creative Entrepreneur Network Meeting that meets monthly in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
